The Moto Guzzi demo truck will be visiting Lake George, NY, June 5 - 10, as a participant in Americade. Piaggio Americas would like to extend a special offer to MGNOC members to pre-book a test ride on a Breva 1100 or Griso 1100. As we saw while the truck was at Daytona Bike Week, the schedule fills up very quickly. As the all-new Griso 1100 nears its launch date and Mandello gears up for the World Guzzi Days from 16th to 18th September, the legendary eagle goes online at www.motoguzzi.it

The official web site of the Mandello del Lario-based manufacturer has been totally redesigned. Now packed with new content and using an optimized graphic format, the website reflects the rejuvenation of Moto Guzzi in 2005.

This has been an eventful year for Moto Guzzi with the recent launch of the superb Breva V1100 and the upcoming launch of the striking new Griso 1100 in early September, with other significant new products scheduled to make an appearance at the Paris and Milan shows this autumn. Meanwhile, Mandello del Lario will host the third GMG (World Guzzi Days) from 16th to 18th September, with thousands of Guzzi fans from all over the world attending.

Featuring characteristic Moto Guzzi graphics and the brand’s iconic red-and-gold eagle logo, the new web pages of the www.motoguzzi.it site contain significantly innovative material and a wealth of information in a series of all-new sections.

Museum: This section retraces 84 years of Guzzi history and offers a virtual visit to the Moto Guzzi Museum at the historic Mandello del Lario factory as well as the Wind Gallery and the Book Shop

History: This section takes a step-by-step look at the history of the eagle brand starting from 15 March 1921, the day it was founded, to the present day via a gallery of photographs and detailed technical specifications of all the bike models that have made up the history of Moto Guzzi.

People: This section is dedicated to all the people who contributed to writing the Moto Guzzi story.Model range: This section offers information on the current Moto Guzzi range with downloadable desktop wallpapers. Video: The video section contains short films and some beautiful vintage photos of the models that created and sustained the Guzzi myth.

The GMG: Could you be the first to own the all-new Griso 1100 ? The www.motoguzzi.it website has a full update on the upcoming GMG (World Guzzi Days) to be held in Mandello del Lario from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th September. Thousands of Guzzi fans from all over the world are expected to attend. The eagle brand’s official website is the place to get the latest information on the GMG and register for the event.

One lucky Guzzi fan at the GMG may have a fantastic surprise in store: a chance to be the first to own the new Griso. The very first production model of the revolutionary new 1100cc bike will be up for grabs in a lottery draw at the GMG for all Guzzi fans registered at the GMG as Riders.
