Portland Police Guzzi

Monday, January 18: Dave Hansen of Langlitz Leathers reported that a fellow came by their store riding one of the two Police Guzzis that Portland evaluated in the mid 1970s. The fine example shown here is believed to be a 1974 model. Portland ordered a couple motorcycles of several brands back then and ultimately selected the Kawasaki as their bike of choice. In contrast, several police departments in California elected to order Moto Guzzis.
